VPA — engineering-driven selection and supply of voice alert, public address and paging systems
VPA is the trademark of VOICEPA LLC (OOO «ВОЙСПА»), a supplier of equipment for voice alert, public address (PA) and paging systems. The brand brings together engineering competencies built up since the early 2000s: our team has more than 20 years of design and supply experience in the voice alert market. We select and supply equipment for a specific acoustic and technical task — backed by electroacoustic calculation, not guesswork. For a professional customer this means a predictable outcome: a clear configuration, a well-founded bill of materials and a system that performs correctly throughout its service life. Legally, deliveries are handled by VOICEPA LLC: we work with corporate customers on invoice, with VAT.
An Engineering Legacy That Carries On
We did not start from a blank page. The core of VPA is engineers and system designers who have worked with voice alert and public address systems since the early 2000s — from the first 100 V speaker lines to today's multi-zone installations. Uniting and expanding these competencies under a single brand allowed us to gather that expertise into one team and offer customers a properly engineered technical solution rather than scattered line items from a price list. We understand the logic of a facility as a whole — from sound-field calculation to compatibility of the equipment with itself and with external systems. Over the years we have learned which equipment will survive the real conditions of a site — and which will let you down at commissioning.
Our Areas of Expertise
Anti-terror protection of facilities
Voice announcement is one of the key tools for reducing harm during a threat at a high-occupancy facility: what matters is zoning, priority of emergency messages and timely delivery of spoken evacuation instructions. With zoned alerting, a message is targeted to the specific zone that needs it — guiding evacuation from one part of the building while keeping people safely in place in another. VPA equipment forms the audio link of a facility's security complex: amplifiers, 70/100 V speaker lines, loudspeakers and zone paging consoles.
Paging and intercom (PA/GA)
Paging provides operational, dispatcher and call-and-search communication across industrial plants and extended territories — from exchanges between work areas to calling a specific employee anywhere on site. We select paging equipment for industrial, transport and logistics facilities based on noise level, coverage distance and the number of subscriber zones, keeping speech intelligible in noisy environments. For open areas we offer all-weather loudspeakers rated up to IP66 and 70/100 V lines for long cable runs.
Interfacing with civil alert systems (GOChS / RASTsO)
A facility included in the civil defense system must not only have its own alerting capability, but also correctly receive and relay centralized alert signals. This task is handled by the П-166Ц БУУ-02 unit manufactured by KNIITMU — an interface device that receives the civil defense alert signal and passes it into the facility's public address system. We supply it as the standard interfacing link between civil alert (GOChS) equipment and the facility's PA network, allowing the equipment to be correctly integrated into regional automated centralized civil alert systems (RASTsO).
Background music and announcements
Background sound means even, comfortable playback of music, announcements and informational messages in shopping malls, transport hubs, factories and public spaces — with no dead spots or overloaded zones. A proper electroacoustic calculation means the sound is heard equally well at the entrance and in the far corner of the hall. The same PA infrastructure runs as a background music system in normal mode and, when needed, switches to priority voice announcements — so your investment works for comfort and safety at the same time.
Engineering Selection and Supply Terms
Behind every delivery there is engineering, not just shipping items off a shelf. Our website offers a loudspeaker selection calculator, and for non-standard facilities our engineers perform the electroacoustic calculation: we size the power, quantity and type of loudspeakers to the geometry and acoustics of the space and calculate the 70/100 V line load with a safety margin. For outdoor and harsh environments we offer equipment rated up to IP66. The equipment is certified to EAEU (Eurasian Economic Union) requirements, carries a 24-month warranty and has a rated service life of at least 10 years. We work with corporate customers on invoice, with VAT, assemble project kits tailored to the task and ship them from our own warehouse in Moscow with delivery across all of Russia — with a complete set of shipping and accounting documents.
Size your system in the calculator or send us a floor plan — we will prepare a bill of materials and a quote. Warehouse in Moscow, delivery across all of Russia.
