Design and operating principle
The unit integrates a line array of drivers (3 × 5″ full-range drivers) with a built-in amplifier: simply connect an audio source and power — either ~220 V AC mains or 12 V DC. The frequency range is 80 Hz – 20 kHz, sensitivity is 93 dB, and sound pressure is 108 dB (continuous) / 111 dB (peak). The elongated enclosure produces directional radiation and improves speech intelligibility.
The enclosure is moisture-resistant plastic (all-weather design). IP65 ingress protection rating, operating temperature range from −40 °C to +60 °C. Typical applications: checkpoints, security posts, temporary and remote areas, and sites without an existing PA system.
