Design and operating principle
The unit automatically plays pre-recorded messages on a signal from external systems: a panic button, intrusion alarm, or access control. Seven trigger inputs (K1–K7) activate when the input is shorted to the common GND line (negative logic); 8 playback modes are available, configurable via a configuration file. Recordings are stored in 8 MB of built-in flash memory and on external USB/microSD media up to 32 GB (FAT32); files are uploaded over USB Type-C, with the unit enumerating on the computer as a USB drive.
A built-in 10 W Class-D amplifier with a full-range driver lets the unit operate standalone, while a 3.5 mm audio output connects it to an external PA system. The Load+/Load− load control output (up to 1 A) switches in sync with playback. An optional RS485 interface provides 01–99 addressing and broadcast commands. Power is 12–40 V DC; the enclosure is aluminum alloy, wall-mounted.
