Design and Operating Principle
The unit is a single-chassis PA power amplifier designed to amplify audio-frequency signals from microphone and line sources and feed them into 70/100V lines or to low-impedance loudspeaker systems. Built on a Class-D topology, the amplifier delivers high efficiency, low harmonic distortion and stable performance under continuous duty.
Signals from microphone and/or line sources are routed through the input switching and preamplifier stages, then through the level, tone and priority control stages, before being boosted by the output stage and delivered to the line via the output matching transformer. The unit incorporates built-in protection against overload, output short-circuit and overheating, together with LED status indication.
