Design and Operating Principle
The unit is a six-channel PA amplifier with matrix source routing: the built-in media player (USB / Bluetooth / FM tuner), four AUX line inputs and microphone sources can be freely assigned to any of the six zones. Each channel is driven by an independent 120W output stage. Six dry-contact emergency inputs trigger zoned paging from external systems; the EMC input holds top priority (EMC > remote paging console > local microphone > BT/USB/AUX). Up to four VPA-MRX 636 remote paging consoles connect via RJ45 ports, and cascading up to six amplifiers expands the system to 36 zones. Built-in protection against short-circuit, overload and overheating.
