Design and operating principle
The unit is a ceiling loudspeaker for 70/100V PA lines. The driver is a 5″ full-range unit. The line signal is fed to a built-in matching transformer with 10/20 W power taps. Frequency range is 80 Hz – 20 kHz, sensitivity 90 dB, continuous sound pressure level up to 100 dB, peak 103 dB.
Installation is flush-mount into a suspended ceiling using an Ø 168 mm cutout. IP44 ingress protection and an operating temperature range of −10 °C to +55 °C allow use in damp areas.
