Design and operating principle
The transducer is a 5″ compression HF driver coupled to a horn. The horn shapes a directional output and delivers high sensitivity of 112 dB; SPL is 132 dB continuous / 135 dB peak. Frequency range is 250 Hz – 13 kHz.
The enclosure is impact-resistant ABS plastic, mounted on a U-shaped steel bracket. An IP66 ingress protection rating and an operating temperature range of −40 °C to +70 °C are engineered for year-round outdoor operation.
